The 2015/16 WE Day season is already underway and it has looked amazing! So far, you’ve seen so many inspiring speakers including Henry Winkler, Marlee Matlin, Demi Lovato and Silken Laumann, and cool performers like Hozier, Nick Jonas, Shawn Mendes and Carly Rae Jepsen.
Coming up next is National WE Day in Ottawa on November 10, 2015 at Canadian Tire Centre.
WE Day is an event where young people who have taken action to make a difference come together to learn more ways how they can get involved and meet more people like them. WE Day brings a generation of young leaders together to prove that no one is alone, or too young, in their desire for change. You can’t buy a ticket to WE Day, you earn it through service.
I have had the opportunity to be a speaker at WE Day for the past two years, and this time around, look for me in a video about the importance of mentors in our lives. I am so excited that I get to have a new experience at WE Day Ottawa and go to cover the show as media! I can’t wait to watch the whole show and see WE Day from a different perspective.
